Brian Hill is an Attorney and Counselor at Law licensed to practice law in Texas. He counsels businesses on complex transactional and internal legal issues. He regularly advises companies issues related to corporate governance and management, contract drafting and disputes, collections, employment law and future litigation actions.
Additionally, Brian represents and advises private land owners to protect their property, interests, and rights. He provides counsel on issues ranging from oil, gas and mineral rights leases to agriculture and hunting leases.
Brian also provides expert advice and counsel to individuals needed help with the estate planning needs. Whether it’s drafting a will and other estate planning documents or helping them understand the complex tax implications that might affect their estate, Brian brings a level of knowledge and attention to detail that clients appreciate in their lawyer.
Brian serves as treasurer to Texans for Civic Engagement and general counsel to MapPro, Inc. and MapPro Environmental Data, Inc.
While in law school, Brian was a member of Phi Delta Phi, clerked for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security and Citizenship, as well as the Lower Colorado River Authority and the Fourteenth Court of Appeals for the State of Texas.
